1. Register, log in and use the UnionDive account

When you use this product and service, we recommend that you register a UnionDive account to fully use all the functions of this product and service; for this, you need to provide a mobile phone number (for real-name authentication) and create a password, nickname.

2. For real-name authentication

When you use Posting or other functions or services requiring real-name authentication, you are required to provide real identity information (such as real name and ID number) to complete real-name authentication in order to meet the compliance requirements of laws and regulations. The above information is sensitive personal information, and we will keep it strictly confidential and will not use the above information for other purposes. At the same time, you may refuse to provide the above information, which will prevent you from using specific functions that require real name authentication but will not affect your continued use of other functions or services.

3. To provide you with network security and operational security guarantees

To ensure the security of your account, network, operation and system, and to prevent phishing website fraud and trojans, when you use this product, we may collect your device information at a certain frequency as required to ensure the security of the device, information including the unchangeable device ID (a string of characters encoded by the device manufacturer to identify the device; for Android, such as IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID,clipboard information and MEID; and for iOS, such as IDFV and IDFA, ‘Device ID Information’ in this Policy shall be the same as this definition), and the hardware serial number as well as MAC address.

Please understand that when you switch the UnionDive App to run in the background, the information collection behavior generated by your previous use of related functions may not be stopped immediately due to some device models and system reasons, so that will result in a brief background information collection.In addition, in order to obtain promotion sources, app reference installation, channel statistics, application statistics and other reasons, we will also obtain the clipboard information of the application.

4. To provide you with other related product functions and services

In order to realize the following product functions and services, we may need to collect corresponding personal information from you. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the specific services:

1) Customer service. When you file a complaint, consult or appeal to UnionDive, we may need you to provide your personal information such as your name, mobile phone number, email address and other valid contact information for the convenience of contacting you or helping you solve the problem. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to timely feedback the relevant processing results to you.

2) Maintain product safety and troubleshoot malfunction in time. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services, ensure your account security, troubleshoot product faults, improve and optimize our services, we will collect your EXIF data, IMEI, device model information, login IP address, and operation log information. This type of information is information that must be collected to provide services. After collection, it will be de-identified and will not be used to identify any specific user.

3) Ensure account security. When you change the password, verify the security, or appeal, and the operation behavior is abnormal, we may require you to provide valid identity information to ensure the security of the above operations

4) Show users the dynamic moments of other users under same city or nearby. To enable users to view the updates posted by other users in the same city, we need to obtain the IP address, longitude and latitude information of users so that users can view the updates of users in the same city when opening the application.

5) For Functions of sharing and invoking third-party payment, etc.

If you share the content of UnionDive to the third-party platform, we will read your application list informationto determine whether the third-party platform exists and achieve the purpose of sharing; If you use the payment function of UnionDive, we will also read your application list information to determine whether the third-party payment application exists to complete the payment function.

5. We may obtain your personal information indirectly from third parties

1) When you log in to UnionDive using a third-party account (Weibo, WeChat, Facebook or Apple ID), you may authorize UnionDive to read and obtain the public information (including nickname and profile picture) registered, published or recorded by you on the third-party platform, subject to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

2) We requires your authorization to obtain the above information from third parties in order to remember your login identity as a UnionDive user and provide you with better quality products and/or services. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorization.

6. Our use of your personal information based on other special circumstances

1) If you believe that your relevant rights have been violated, you can file a complaint or report via our published contact information in accordance with our infringement complaint process. During this process, we will require you to provide valid personal identification information to verify the authenticity of complaints and reports.     3. You withdraw your consent
    4. We process personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or agreements

    Once the above deletion request is responded to, we will also notify the subject who has obtained your personal information from UnionDive as far as possible and ask them to delete the relevant information in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or if such subject is independently authorized by you. After you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, we will delete the information when the backup update or implement anonymous processing.

    2. Withdraw your authorization

    If you wish to withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your other personal information or wish us to correct, update or delete your personal information, you may do so through the withdrawal paths provided in different versions or operating systems, or through the Contact us to contact us. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receiving your email or registered mail and stop collecting, using and disclosing your personal information.

    3. Cancel account

    Logout of UnionDive account: You can do this in [Mine] - [Settings] - [Account and Security] - [Logout] - [Confirm logout]. If you choose to deregister UnionDiveaccount, the deregistration is irreversible. After the account is deregistered, you cannot log in to or retrieve it. All information (including but not limited to your personal information, number of followers, published works, comments, likes, trading information, etc.) of the account will be deleted. Your friends will not be able to contact you through the account. Please be cautious.

    Upon your successful deregistration, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

    4. Response to your claims

    For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity when you claim the above rights. We will process your request after verifying your identity. Normally, a reply will be given within 15 days. For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated, beyond the reasonable limit of the request, we will charge a certain fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are not directly related to your identity, that are unwarranted duplicates, that require excessive technical measures (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), that pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or that are impractical.

    Under the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

    You may request us to delete the personal data we hold about you under the following circumstances:
